This event was organized to provide the life skills training to youths by which they can achieve their goals.
There was a four days workshop conducted in the District of Kurukshetra, situated in the state of Haryana. It was started on 24th of February and ended by 27th of February 2021. In this workshop, 29 girls have participated whose age is from 16 to 22. The participation of these girls was from eighth standard to graduation level. Number of girls who participated from different class-groups in this workshop are as follows:

- Class 10th-04
- Class 11th-03
- Class 12th-07
- Graduation-06
- Dropout-06
In this workshop, various issues related to holistic development of poor young girls were discussed and were made them learn through activities. Hence, this workshop focused to strengthen these marginalized young girls so that they can fulfill their life dreams and can become self dependent by setting out an example for coming girls
