The Kislay has organized three training programmes with youths who come from different ereas of Delhi. Two workshops were conducted related to theatric stage performance and another was based on the issue of gender differences. The participation of youths was from Shiv Vihar, Meera Bag, Krishna Colony, Shankar Garden and Indra Camp-4. Interestingly, the participation of girls was quite high. In this conference, 60 girls and 30 boys have successfully participated while having discussion and learning on various issues related to their day to day activities.
