In 2020-21, Kislay has conducted three workshops one was in Kurukshetra and two were conducted in Rishikesh. The purpose of these workshops was to enhance the leadership capacity among men and women. In one of the workshops men and women both were participated and in two of the workshops, women and girls have participated. Through this workshops, women and girls were strengthened to lead their basties for small issues which are experienced in many crisis. For an instance, during the time of lockdown, women and girls have managed well in distributing ration in the slums.
