On March 10th, Kislay has organized a women conference on the eve of Womens Day. In this conference, more than 500 women have participated. The purpose of this conference was to provide a platform for women in which they can share their problems and issues that they have faced during lockdown and afterwards. As the theme of the women’s day in this year is announced by the United Nations that “strengthening women and enhancing leadership quality among them during the situation of pandemic.” In this conference, many women have given their performance in the form of drama, poetry and stories based on their problems which they have experienced during lockdown and its impact in their daly life.
