In&nbsp; another words, the organization was founded by the grounding principle that&nbsp; \u2018community participation is key to peoples\u2019 development\u2019 and \u2018empowering the poor&nbsp; communities\u2019 especially casual workers, the women &amp; youth is essential to identify&nbsp; their problems\/issues, and mobilize community resources and motivate people to&nbsp; solve their own problems through collective action.\u2019&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text has-medium-font-size\">The vision of the Kislay is to work towards creating an exploitation and&nbsp; discrimination free society.
