In such circumstances, they navigate the city not through a lens of choice but rebuilding their lives and their choices brick-by-brick.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA block-font-kerning-normal block-font-feature-liga-off block-font-feature-clig-off block-font-feature-calt-off direction-ltr align-start\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">They work as informal workers and the informal nature of work often puts them in a vulnerable position.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d87b06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8d87b06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Our Intervention<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb991df elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cb991df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cvGsUA block-font-kerning-normal block-font-feature-liga-off block-font-feature-clig-off block-font-feature-calt-off direction-ltr align-start\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">To cater to the needs of construction and domestic workers, Kislay engages with the communities, and support them navigating the complex nature of their work. Through workshops and skill-building trainings, Kislay builds a confidence among them so they improve their employement conditions at workplace.
